Very nice! I like the richness and grit of the... what medium did you use? Looks like it could be charcoal/pastel or watercolor.
My humble suggestion would be to practice drawing "through" the forms to give the figures a greater sense of volume. For example, the right arm of the marine in the foreground looks a little flat.

Anyway-- you did an excellent job of capturing the dark, imposing quality of the rulebook illustrations!

Thank you for suggestions - try to do my best in anatomy studies. ))

I used charcoal, white pastel, some graphites, sangina and sepia. And the lineart was done with a black liner.

I did the same during drawing. :) Watched many official arts, miniatures, read some articles about Astartes armour.
Here I used charcola. white pastel, some graphites, sepia, sangina and a black liner for the line-art.
