This an illustration for the fanfic by EDM from 'Trinity Blood" universe. Brother Petros comes to the ruins of Vatican (ROM VIII, I guess, which wasn't written by Y. Sunao) every year to honour his friens-inquisitors' memory.
Neat! wich kind of technique did you use here? look s like aquaforte, but i guess it's simply ink...
I've surfed Canon traslation ten thousand times, and I can't stop wondering what mr Yoshida had planned for each one of the secondary characters (xpecially Vatican-connected charas) in the developing plotlines.... beside all, it's really a pity we'll never know.. .. :/
I've never do that too, because the tecnique requires a lot more space/time/skills/moneys than what I can put on mere fanarting XDDDD
Me too has found just the same notes.... but from what I read, I think that Yoshida himself hasn't a clear opinion yet on each of the secondary characters' fate, because, you know, oftenly it happens you outline a main story plot, and characters that are not directly involved in that plot, acts indipendently
*that might be read as - GO WILD, FANDOM!*
and now, if it doesn't bother you to answer, what happened to Pietro in your pseudocanon...? because from this pic, I bet you have one ^_-
I hear you!
I'm italian, and altought I'm quite good at english, translations gives me nuts, expecially when it's not my stuff!!! the period and phraseology are so different its' a hard job to translate fiction from my language to english... !! *_*
Oh wow. O.O I'm speechless. Even though I have no idea what happened to make this scene, once again you have created an emotional piece. The black ink just adds to this despair, lonely sort of feel that I'm sure Brother Petros must be feeling. Another beautiful piece, and excellent contrasting of the shading!
According to the fanfic (this picture si an illustration) after the True Human Empire destroyed Vatican (this event was mentioned in Sunao's remarks for another novel from "Trinity Blood" series. but novel wasn't written because of Sunao's death) Brother Petros every year visit the ruins of Vatican. These ruins are also a grave for his fellows-inquisitors.
